If you were gonna get a muscle car

and you knew someone who would restore one for you, what kind would you choose? These are the questions that haunt us. These are the issues that drive us...

the car, of course, is not for me, and I of course, know nothing about muscle cars, or non-muscle cars, or comma usage guidelines...but I can get into the decision, and here are my inital suggestions and thoughts.

Looks:

most important. bigger, boxier, firestone tires.

Transmission:

manual. to be destoyed as quickly as possible.

Engine:

big, throaty, loud.

uh....lets move on to pictures:

1970 Buick Wildcat

Muscle cars.com has this to say about the '70 buick wildcat: "The standard engine was Buick's all new 455 cid V8, rated at 370 bhp and a earth shaking 510 lb-ft of torque." Which sounds positive, anyhow...

1965 Chevy Novasmaller but still boxy. called the ultimate "sleeper" muscle car. low-profile you know.

1965 Chevy Chevelle

hot! but is it too hot?
