First day at my new job was slightly odd, but fundamentally good. It was choppy and rainy for the first couple of hours on the bay. I got some spray in the face which is basically all I really want out of the job, beside a couple of hundred bucks. And I got to wear my grunden jacket...

Oh and we got to feel important looking out for a "jumper", to no avail I'm afraid.

The sun came out toward the end of the day, and just lit up the skyline. A gorgeous view of both bridges and the financial district. Here is somebody elses picture of Angel Island. Hopefully I'll get a camera out there soon and take some of my own...
